Creativity has always been my form of communication.
Hello, I’m Anita.
I come from an artistic background. After my high school diploma in the arts, I pursued a degree in Dance Theatre as a performer. Through movement and various art forms, I found a pathway to express myself and connect with others.
Experiencing the beneficial impact of art and movement in my life motivated me to understand and explore human movement.
Through my studies of the Feldenkrais Method©, I learned that increasing our awareness of how we move can lead to greater ease and functionality in our daily lives.
This journey naturally guided me towards a holistic approach to care.
While studying Occupational Therapy, I gained a deeper understanding of the diverse factors that shape our well-being and enhance our quality of life.
I discovered my passion for supporting others in finding innovative and creative ways to participate in meaningful activities by adapting personal, occupational, and environmental aspects of their lives.
I am particularly interested in neurodiversity, mental health, and inclusive design, exploring how these areas can be applied within various community contexts.
